We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent any data practice qualifies as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law, you may opt out at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
How to Opt Out
To submit a request to opt out, or to ask a question about your California privacy rights, use any of the methods below and include your name and the best way to reach you:
- Email info@unitedshieldalliance.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information."

- Mail a written request to United Shield Alliance, 18425 Burbank Blvd, Tarzana, CA 91356.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, consistent with applicable law.
