United Shield Alliance was founded on a simple belief — that the life insurance industry can do better. Better for the families who need protection, and better for the agents who dedicate their careers to serving them.
Too many families are sold the wrong policy by undertrained agents who were thrown into the field with one product and no real guidance. And too many agents are stuck in systems that cap their income and give them nothing to show for the team they built. We started this company to change that.
At United Shield Alliance, every agent is trained from the ground up — one product at a time — until they've mastered it before moving to the next. We don't throw people into the water and hope they swim. We walk beside them, in the office, on the phones, in the field, until they're ready.
